We do not normally comment on individual news, but this is a special case.
Jerry Hunter is known by everyone in this club, and most of you know his wife Carol as well.
They were founding members of the club, and staunch supporters.
Carol has been battling cancer for many months and this morning she left behind all the pain and worry and moved on to a better place for her.
Their entire family is here, and all of them are aware of all the support and prayers that have been flowing their way this last week.
It was Carol's desire that there be no services. Many have asked if they could make a contribution to Carol's favorite charity, and Jerry is working on this.
Each of us has our own beliefs, and it is hard not to wax poetic about Carol and where she has gone - but her physical presence will be missed so very much.
