MEMBERS ONLY POND TOUR & KODAMA LECTURE

This year, Taro Kodama and his father Mamoru Kodama will join us for the weekend!  On Saturday, we will visit four ponds, and Mamoru will critique them - the water, the filtration, and the koi - and make suggestions for any improvement needed.  This is a WONDERFUL learning opportunity for all of us!  We will finish up the day at a picnic supper.

On Sunday, Taro and his father will present a lecture to the membership at the home of Ray Armstrong and Barb Dawson - and we will get to hear all about their pond.  We plan on refreshments/a party there as well.

Taro will bring with him some koi for sale - and he is willing to take requests.  Take a look at the website kodamakoifarm.com - if there is a particular koi, or a particular type that you would like, just drop me a note -

I have asked him to bring me a Tancho - what will you find that you just must have?
